Our patented desiccant dehumidifiers allow us to quickly dry your building whilst saving you thousands in fuel usage. They are complete self-contained units that are up and running within minutes of arriving at the jobsite.

LGR (low grain refrigerant) dehumidifiers are high performance refrigerant dehumidifiers that will effectively remove the moisture from the air of your flooded structure. When you are trying to dry out a building there is no other piece of equipment more crucial than a good properly sized dehumidifier(s). We have hundreds of dehumidifiers of several different sizes all of which include automatic pumping systems that will empty the dehumidifier into a sink or drain.

If your property has sustained a power outage you will want to act quickly to avoid damage to your property. If the power outage is the result of a storm and your building sustained water damage from that same storm then you have an urgent situation. Not only do you have extra moisture in your building you also have lost the power needed to run your HVAC equipment or any dehumidifiers that could help dry your building out. If your electricity provider cannot get your power back up in time then you will want to call us to bring out and hook up generators to provide temporary power to your building. If your power is out due to an ice storm then you will need a generator to maintain heat in the structure to avoid frozen pipes. Generators can either be sized to supply the full amount of power your building needs to run all utilities, lights, elevators etc. so that your business can remain in operation or a reduced amount of power to operate critical equipment only.

If your personal or company’s records have been damaged due to fire, water damage or mold they will likely need an Ozone treatment in order to eliminate mold or smoke odor. Ozone gas is a powerful sterilizer and a great smoke odor eliminator. Ozone is enriched oxygen. It is created naturally during an electrical storm. You probably have noticed a nice fresh smell in the air after a thunderstorm. You also probably have noticed that the smell doesn’t last long. What you are smelling is ozone and ozone near ground level is not stable and it quickly reverts back to standard oxygen. We use high quality ozone generators that produce copious amounts of ozone gas which is then pumped into an ozone chamber that holds the affected documents. The smoke odors will be neutralized. The mold will be greatly reduced however due to the porous nature of paper there is no guarantee that all of the mold will be eliminated.

Call Insight Restoration to rent portable HEPA filtered air scrubbers. We have several different models to fit your needs. HEPA filtered air scrubbers have three levels of filtration with the final level being a HEPA filter which will pull mold spores, dirt, soot, and other small particles out of the air. For use on fire-damaged buildings an activated carbon filter can be added as a fourth layer of filtration to help remove smoke odor. You can have our technicians deliver and set up the air scrubbers or you can pick them up from our Minneapolis facility.

Call Insight Restoration to rent portable heaters. We have several different models to fit your needs. We have electric heaters that use; 240 volts, 120 volts or both. Our electric heaters range from 20,000 – 62,000 BTUs. We also can supply oil fired heaters capable of one million BTUs. All heaters have thermostats to maintain your property at the temperature that you desire. You can either pick them up from our Minneapolis facility or have us deliver them to you. We can also provide high amp extension cords, GFI’s and other equipment if needed so you can set up a temporary heating system in your home or business.

Call Insight Restoration to rent portable AC units. We have several different models to fit your needs. We have units that can handle a few rooms to an entire buildings. Some units are meant to work in conjunction with desiccant dehumidifiers to offer pre or post-cooling. The AC units have thermostats to maintain your property at the temperature that you desire. You can have our technicians deliver and set up the AC units or you can pick them up from our Minneapolis facility.
